About Q/L interiors
Q/L interiors is the result of over 30 years of experience and passion for working with natural materials.
The 'Q' stands for Quercus, the Latin name for oak, and the 'L' stands for Lapis, the Latin name for stone. Feel free to add 'lime' and see the fusion of the natural materials we love to work with.
While the combination of the three pillars is wonderful, we do of course work on projects that involve only wood, stone or paint.
From our studio in the North West of France, we work with a small team on projects mainly in France and the UK.

How we work
A project always begins with careful preparation.
During an initial meeting in person or via Zoom, we will listen carefully to what you want and need.
We develop the project with drawings, floor plans and samples to give you a complete picture. If necessary, any existing damp problems will be addressed. This is common in older buildings, and the consequences are often wrongly underestimated. We are experienced in dealing with damp problems and have the right in-house products and solutions.
Floors and (lime) paint are all manufactured and applied in-house. For oak projects, we will put you in touch with an independent company that will design and implement the oak project in detail. You can count on our support throughout the process. This close collaboration results in a unique bespoke project.
